How do I register for the show?

Registration for Infosecurity Europe 2010 will be open from January 2010.  To register your interest in attending and for more information throughout the year on the show, click here to complete our short form.

I am an overseas visitor and need a visa for travel what should I do?

How will I be notified that my registration is confirmed?

If you register online, you will receive an on screen confirmation after you complete the registration process (be sure to print the confirmation screen before exiting the site). If you provide a valid email address, we will send you an email confirmation as well. 

Can I register online right up to the opening of Infosecurity Europe?

You will be able to register online until Friday 23rd April.  Although you will not receive a registration pack in time for the show, your details will be on the database, and you can get a badge printed when you arrive. You will not need to fill out a registration form/ticket when you arrive so this still allows you fast track entry into the exhibition.

If you do not pre register for the show you can still attend, however we charge a registration fee of £20.

How do I book my accommodation?

Infosecurity Europe Travel Desk    The Infosecurity Europe Travel Desk offers a free booking service and many discounted rates at a wide range of surrounding hotels.

Can I access my emails whilst at the show?

You can keep in touch with the office by using the Email Point which is located in the Visitor Comfort Zone. 

I’m not able to attend Infosecurity, how can I get the official catalogue?

The catalogue will be available after the event at a price of £25.  To receive a catalogue please email david.kellagher@reedexpo.co.uk with your details.

How do I register for the conference/seminar program?

The conference/seminar programme is free to attend and operates on a first come first served basis.
