This two hour interactive workshop will guide participants through the key tasks needed to:
• Establish and maintain an information security governance framework
• Identify and manage information security risks
• Create and  manage a program to implement your information security strategy
• Oversee and direct the information security activities needed to execute your program
• Plan, develop and manage incident management and response
Join your peers in identifying priorities going forward, what works well and what doesn’t. Your host will be Roger Southgate, an independent consultant specialising in Governance, Value and Risk, past president of ISACA London Chapter and leader of the London Cobit Development group.
