Computing Security Magazine

computing security

Computing Security magazine, published on a quarterly basis, deals with the key issues that organisations face's as they try to operator securely and efficiently in the face of new and old security threats. The magazine looks at the real dangers that can result from malicious as well as non-malicious actions from both internal and external personnel. Computing Security aims to give its readers as much help and guidance as possible when it comes to the identifying of, the prevention of and the countering of threats. This doesn't mean that the magazine will simply be stressing the need for greater investment in new security solutions, although in many cases that's an important factor. Computing Security will also help organisations become more secure through giving them a better understanding of their vulnerabilities and through helping them to make better use of what they already have - equipment, staff and corporate policy.

The publication is read specifically by those who have a duty to protect their organisations. They have the authority and the means to invest in solutions which will make their organisations more secure. More than 40 percent of the readers work at organisations which currently spend over 100,000 pounds per year on IT security. The magazine therefore represents an excellent opportunity for any company which offers security applications or managed security services.
