There is a full programme of email shots which go out from Feb to end of April encouraging users to register for the show and then once registered to inform about what’s on at the show, and any new initiatives that would encourage users to attend.

Priority visitor registration email:
This is the first email shot that is sent out encouraging visitors to register to attend the show.
This email transmits on Feb 2nd.

There are a further 13 emails targeting users at varying times throughout their pre-exhibition involvement.

Sponsorship includes a banner ad, link to your website, logo and message that can be updated per e-shot.

A package of 7 emails costs £14,500 + VAT or £2,850 + VAT per individual email
