Every two years since the early 1990s, the UK Department of Trade and Industry (and its successor department, BERR, now the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (“BIS”)) have sponsored a survey on information security practices and incidents in the UK. 

Infosecurity Europe, in conjunction with PwC and BIS are carrying out the interim 2010 Information Security Breaches Survey covering the most important questions from the last survey in 2008.
