Vocational Education Committees (VECs) are statuary local education bodies in the Republic of Ireland. They provide integrated education services enabling young people and adults to fulfill their potential in a positive learning environment. To facilitate their purchasing/ invoicing process, they turned to DCS to implement a web based SaaS solution.
