Title		Financial crisis - where was the human judgement?

Summary		It is generally accepted that the financial crisis was caused, in part, by an over-reliance on statistical computer models. In the future, more qualitative decision making will be needed, based on better risk information from a variety of sources. Informed human judgement will be the way to avoid future crises.
